How to change the date style in the Win8 operating system taskbar?

Some users may be confused by the clock and date plate of Win8 system. The following small series will bring you some methods to help you change the clock and date in Win8 system to make it more comfortable.

At present, the normal date plate can be changed on Win8. You can display the full date style instead of the abbreviated format if you want to change the date style in the taskbar.

Here are the steps:

1. Go to the desktop instead of “Start Screen”.

2. Click on the bottom right corner of the screen, “Time” and “Date” will be displayed.

3. When the pop-up session opens, click on the link to <;Change date and time settings”.

4.When you open “date” and “timebox", click the “Change Date & Time” button.

5. After the date and time settings are turned on, click the “change experience settings” link.

6. Click the down arrow next to “short date” to open the list of style options and click on your preferred style.

7. Click “Apply”click “OK”.

8. Click on “OK” in all open windows.

9. Your date style has changed.
