How to uninstall Win8's built-in application?

Launch the MetroUI Assistant as an administrator and switch to the “MetroUI Manager” program. The program will automatically read all the applications of the machine. Hold down the Ctrl key, then in the apps list and select the apps you don't want, click “Uninstall selected items”

After the application that comes with the system is uninstalled, the application has residual files and is not deleted from the system.
