How to disable EFS encryption in Windows 8

  
                                    

1. Right-click on the blank space on the desktop and pop up the “All Apps” option under the desktop. Left click on “All Apps”, see the figure below.

2. Drag the lower scroll bar to the right or scroll down the mouse wheel button to find the “Run” option. See the figure below.

3. Left click on “Run”, see the figure below.
