After installing apache in win8, the machine can be accessed, other machines on the LAN cannot be accessed

on Vista Under the /Win8 system, due to system security restrictions, our own Apache or IIS server is in the LAN, other people's machines can not be accessed, the solution is as follows:

In the control panel> System and security > On the left side of Windows Firewall, click Advanced Settings

Click on the left inbound rule, then click New Rule on the right, and then in the Inbound Rules Wizard that pops up,

Rule Type :Port

Protocol and Port We chose TCP protocol and specific local port (Example: 80)

Operation: Allow connection

When to select all in the application rule ( Domain, Public, Private)

Enter a name and description

Click Finish, it will be OK.

After the above settings, other computers on the LAN can use your IP address to access your built server.
