Win8 DT/NB model Metro has a white cross icon in the lower right corner.

  

Symptom:

Win8 will encounter the following phenomenon during use, the app store application cannot be opened, the bottom right corner of the app A white fork sign will appear, as shown below:

The following describes a simple approach.

Solution:

Please note before operation: If you are in the traditional desktop state, please press the keyboard windows key to open the metro interface; if you are currently in the metro interface state, then proceed below Operation.

1. First, please click on the “App Store” button in the metro to log in to the app store as shown below.

2. After entering the app store, please press Win+ C key combination, open the super button bar, click the setting button, open the setting options, in the setting options, please find the “app update” option, use the left mouse button or touch the screen touch operation to open “app update&rdquo ;Optional interface, as shown in the figure

3. Please find the "synchronize license" button in the option, click with the left mouse button or touch the button with touch screen touch, the system will synchronize the current association Microsoft account information, after synchronization, you can exit the app store through the Alt+F4 key combination. You can go back to the metro interface and observe whether the white fork flag on the app disappears and open the application to test whether it returns to normal.

Note:

A total of 5 trusted computers can be added to a single microsoft account. More than 5 can't synchronize licenses. You need to replace the microsoft login application store and then repeat the license. Operational testing.
