Windows 8 system IE10 can not install Flash Player plugin

I didn't know how to do it the day before. Open IE10 in Windows 8 and prepare to watch movies on Youku. Open the play page and say that Flash Player is not installed. In the case of such an error, we can first refer to this article to troubleshoot the problem. The article lists the common solutions in IE10 that Flash content cannot be opened. If these methods have tried the problem, then we will continue to try the following methods.

Before we can operate, we need to understand that from IE10, IE browser has built-in Microsoft customized Flash Player plugin by default, and it exists in the form of Windows system update patch if you are online. The following error occurred when downloading the Flash Player stand-alone installation package:

Method 2, Fix the Flash Player plugin

This solution needs to manually set the permissions of the Flash Player plugin directory so that we can use Flash. Player does not encounter permission problems when performing repair operations. The steps are as follows:

1. Enter the folder: C:WindowsSystem32, find the folder "Macromed", and right click to select the attribute;

3. Switch to the “Security” tab and click the “Advanced” button below;

4. Click the “Change Permissions” button below, then click “ Inherit & rdquo;, if the button is “ disable inheritance & rdquo;, then no need to click;

5, click above & ldquo; change & rdquo;, in the dialog box that opens, enter “everyone” (without the quotation marks), then click “check the name”, then click OK;

6. The dialog box automatically closes and returns, tick "“ replace the owner of the child container and object", then Click OK to close Close the window and click OK again to close the Properties window.

If your Win8 is a 64-bit version, you will also need to do the same for the "Croms"Macromed" folder under “C:WindowsSysWOW64”
