Add a "hibernate" command to the Win8 power option.

Before starting the body content, briefly explain the purpose of sleep and the difference between it and sleep. According to the official explanation, hibernation and sleep are power-saving states in Windows systems. Sleep is mainly designed for laptops. The computer that goes into hibernation saves the open documents and programs to the hard disk, and then shuts down the computer. Sleep is to save work and settings in memory and consume a small amount of power (remaining memory data retention), similar to the pause in video playback.
