How to install Windows 8 and Windows Server 2012 dual system

The first method:

First of all, there must be a U disk boot, such as using a Chinese cabbage to make a U disk boot, after the production, then extract the downloaded win8 image file to your local disk, re- Start the computer, then set the U disk as the first boot disk, restart, enter the winPE system, the PE system made by the cabbage is 2003, it doesn't matter, and there is a Win7 installer on the desktop, which is nt6. Start the software as shown below

Then click the open button in the figure, open the win8 image file you just extracted here to find the sources folder. There is an install.wim file in it to select him, pay attention to the installation partition to choose After formatting, there is nothing in it, then click on the following to start the installation and it will be OK. He will start copying the files. It is not necessary to select the USB mobile hard disk. After copying the file, it will be restarted. Basically, click on the next step and press the above operation. For example, if you install win8, then you are installing Windows Server2012. When you select the file, you don't choose win8 to extract the file. Instead, the install.wim file in the Sources of windows server2012 is the first to be decompressed, but the partition should be selected. Do not repeat with the Win8 system.

The above files are extracted from the WIn8 image file. Note the use of the install.win file in the sources

The second method is to download NT6 directly, I use the green version of V3. 1.4, for example, after installing the software in Win7, select the installation, pay attention to the following things before choosing to install. Unzip the win8 image file, and then copy the decompressed directory (that is, all the files in the above figure) to your local disk. The root directory (except the drive letter you want to install), remember that it must be the root directory. Click to select the installation, it will automatically detect the image file, and then ask to restart

After restarting, there is a windows7. This is the system before the machine. Note that there are two installation modes at the beginning of nt6. The mode is English, the second mode is no different from other Chinese, I did not find it, I chose the second one.

This will appear in the following installation process as shown in the figure.

Is to install Windows Server 2012 Note that we just started WIn8 installed in win7 or C drive, then follow the above method, such as installing Win8 on Win8, then you can replace Windows Server 2012 with WIn7 on Win8 system. Of course, your disk is bigger, disk There are a lot of symbols, you can also install to other disks, this depends on your situation, if we are in the Win8 system, that is, the D drive, then you must first extract the Windows Server 2012 image file, do not extract to the installation In the drive letter, the files extracted by Windows Server 2012 and Win8 files are basically the same. After unzipping, the files should be placed in the local disk root directory, and then restarted, or Nt6 mode 2 is selected, and then Windows will appear. Server 2012 installation process (here to delete the file decompressed by win8 so nt6 will load the Windows Server 2012 file) The process is the same, so you have three systems. The boot sequence can be set in the system properties after booting.
