U disk version Win8 show Shentong

First of all, we need to download a WIN8 official version of the ISO file and Windows To Go auxiliary software (multi-threaded optimization special edition). Windows To Go is a feature developed by Microsoft for the convenience of enterprise users. Users can run Windows 8 with enterprise applications, data and settings on a USB storage device (such as a USB flash drive).

Next, extract the “install.wim” in the sources folder of the Win8 image (it is more convenient to use WinRAR). Then plug in the prepared USB flash drive (or move the hard drive, the remaining space must be greater than 20G). It should be noted that we need to use the system's own disk management to set the USB flash drive to “active area” (right click on the drive letter, set to “active””.
Change the drive letter to "Activity"

Then, open the Windows To Go auxiliary software (Win7 users please run with "Administrator Permissions"), select the install.wim file that has just been extracted. Click “Install ”
Click “Start Installation”

After the installation, the CMD command line on the screen will disappear automatically. At this point the software is turned off and the computer is restarted. We need to enter the Bios setup startup item. Since the motherboard of each computer is different, you can check your motherboard manual for modification.
Setting the startup item

The U disk version Win8 will be slightly slower when it starts up for the first time, and wait a few minutes. However, the settings of the U disk system are consistent with the normal installation format, and the system on the USB disk does not affect the system of the computer itself. When we unplug the USB flash drive and restart the computer, we can still see the system in the past.
