Informed sources said that after the official release of Microsoft Windows RT, Samsung will launch a tablet based on the system in October.

Anonymous said that Samsung has developed a tablet based on Windows RT system, which is expected to be released in October. Windows RT is Microsoft's first Windows system for ARM architecture processors.

The Samsung Windows RT tablet is expected to use Qualcomm's Snapdragon processor, which creates opportunities for Qualcomm, Texas Instruments and Nvidia to compete with Intel and AMD for orders in the computer industry.

Samsung has previously announced that it will support another version of Windows, Windows RT. Microsoft wants to challenge Apple's dominance in the tablet market with several Windows flagship systems. However, Microsoft suffered setbacks last week. As the world's largest computer manufacturer, HP announced that it will not support Windows RT systems from the beginning.

HP plans to introduce a Windows 8 based tablet that only supports the x86 processor architecture and matches the processors produced by Intel and AMD. Windows RT is Microsoft's first mainstream computer system for touch-screen devices and smart phone energy-saving chips. Most traditional desktops use x86 processors.

Microsoft released its own tablet Surface last month, and the strategic shift may incur resentment from other device manufacturers, who are also widely using Microsoft systems.

According to data provided by market research firm IHS ISuppli, in the first quarter of this year, Apple shipped the iPad with a market share of 58%; Samsung ranked second with a share of 11%; and Amazon with a 5.8% share. Ranked third.

Like the majority of tablets currently on the market, the iPad also uses an ARM-based processor. Since the tablet battery life of the ARM processor is longer, Intel has not been able to impress consumers. Purchase a mobile device with its processor. Mobile devices with ARM processors and new Windows systems can only run applications written for Windows 8 and Windows RT, while x86 devices can run older Windows applications.
