Under Win7, you can do it without reinstalling the system.

Whether split partitioning or merging partitions, you need to perform the following steps to open the disk manager:

[First step]<quo;Computer
”→ Right click to open & ldquo; management & rdquo;

[Step 2] Click & ldquo; Disk Management & rdquo;

Start partition splitting

[a] select the need to split disk partition. Here, take the D disk as an example, select it, right click to open “ compressed volume & rdquo;

Method for adding integer partition:

The amount of compressed space for splitting 30G partition is 30726 instead of 30*1024=30720 because the partition of the hard disk needs to be the entire number of cylinders. In order for Windows to display an integer GB partition.
