If you have never used a printer before and now want to share the printer through the print server, you need to follow the steps below to add a printer port and install the printer driver.

1. Select Start
--Control Panel
, then select View Device and Printer
.

2. Click Add Printer
.

3. Select Add a local printer
.

4. Select Create a new port
, select Next
after port type selected Standard TCP /IP Port
.

5. Enter the print server's IP address, click Next

system will automatically create a corresponding port.

Next, the system will prompt you to install the printer drivers, if your printer model in the list of system integration drive, you can simply select the type and click Next to install If you can't find your printer model, choose to install it from disk and then install the printer driver from a CD or other storage device. Continue to click Next
