Step 1: Synchronize working groups

Enable “Web Discovery>, File and Printer Sharing"  Public Folder Sharing”;“Password Protected Sharing" Select “Close Password Protected Share>;

Step 3: Shared Object Settings

Now, we turn to shared objects. The most straightforward way: Drag and drop files/folders that need to be shared directly into a public folder.

If you need to share some specific Windows 7 folders, right click on this folder and select “Properties>;

Click “Share” tags, click “ Advanced sharing & rdquo; button;

Tick "Share this folder", click “ Apply & rdquo;, & ldquo; OK & rdquo; Exit.

If a folder is set to share, all its subfolders will be set to share by default.

In the second step above, we have turned off password protected sharing, so now we have to make some changes to the security permissions of the shared folder. Right click on the folder you want to share and select “Properties”. On the "Security" page, click “Edit” .

Next, click the “Add” button.

After typing Everyone, press “OK” to exit.

Check “Everyone”, check the appropriate permissions that will be given to Everyone in the permission selection field.

Step 4: Firewall Settings

Open “Control Panel/System and Security/Windows Firewall> Check the firewall settings to make sure that <File and Printer Sharing> is allowed.

Step 5: View shared files

Open “Control Panel>>“Network and Internet>>“View Network Computers and Devices>><quo;(Related Computers /device name)”
