Win10 app store can not open the solution

The problem that many users can't open through the Win10 app store has been plaguing some users. Although Microsoft has claimed to fix this issue in the last Windows 10 update, there are still users who report it is useless. Today we will introduce a method provided by netizens: delete the Win10 app store cache.
To delete the cache, first find the right location. The path to the Win10 app store is:
C:\\Users\\(username)\\AppData\\Local\\Packages\\Microsoft.WindowsStore_8wekyb3d8bbwe\\LocalCache

It is important to note that you want to enter the AppData folder above. Need to show hidden files, you can find “options in the <quo;View” tab of the File Explorer, then select “Show hidden files in the “View” tab of the folder options , folders and drives & rdquo;.

After entering the LocalCache folder, delete all the files and folders inside (the cache file will be rebuilt, delete it anyway). At this point try to open the store app, the problem should be solved.
