WIN8: Administrator permissions to run batch issues + local build WAMP environment issues

Where is it (good arrogant words, except for friends who often visit my blog to face ……) I upgraded the system to the legendary Windows
8 days ago, then, various drivers Software, and other compatibility issues toss my day and I continue to have problems.

A few days ago, I tossed up a very important dual graphics driver problem. If you are using Dell and it is just a dual graphics card (Intel + AMD[Ati]), then you can refer to my previous The article toss "Dell Vostro 3450D notebook manually install the latest version of the graphics card driver and achieve dual graphics switch." However, please pay attention to download the latest driver, the driver of the two graphics cards will be updated after the official download of Dell 2012.10.25.

New problem: build Apache + PHP
locally + MySQL environment is what I need most, but this is the most needed problem, whether it is XAMPP, PHP
NOW or WAMP can't start. At first I thought it was just a permission issue, but whether I run it with administrator privileges or normal user permissions, oh~

analysis: After continuous testing, the analysis results are still Permission problems, but there is a very strange phenomenon, I run with administrator privileges, the batch file inside the "relative path program", all prompted to find the path, this strange, how can this be?

Reanalysis: I changed all the program paths in the batch to absolute paths, or will I ask for permission problems or 80 port problems. What is the cause of this?

Crash: It’s not a system crash, it’s a crash that I’m going to be troubled by, and why? Because I searched all over the world, there is a direct solution! ! ! Because it is WIN8, the newborn child is sacred and inviolable, no one has tossed this or it is just that my RPWT just happened to encounter this "small problem" <;hellip;…

tossing spirit is invalid: I have tossed the whole day with tossing spirit, still not solved, but fortunately yesterday's work is directly online debugging, so do not need this environment debugging, or I may restore back to WIN7 … …

mad Me: I don't believe in evil today, I want to get you done, maybe I have to do it for you! Search, Chinese, English, Japanese … … Last lock problem 1. Because the service is registered, the path error is "The current path to get the problem after the administrator is running" & resulting in —— The current path to run the batch is X:\\windows\\system322. Resolving the path problem will fail to register the Apache service, as if prompted 80 port

Workaround 1. The current path of the administrator running the batch file is resolved Method: Open the batch file and add the cd /d %~dp02 to the top. The Apache 80 port is occupied and cannot be started. Open the Apache configuration file httpd.conf (usually under Apache\\conf) and find Listen. 80 changed to Listen 81 (or other preferred port, such as 8080) [2012.11.08 Update: 80 port is occupied by the SYSTEM process, the solution to see this article "WIN8: 80 port is occupied by SYSTEM solution" 】

Sense: New things should not be used eagerly, especially the ones that cost money.
