Fault 1: MBR fault

Workaround: For the repair operation of the hard disk master boot record (MBR), you can easily solve this fault by using the repair tool ——Bootrec.exe that comes with the Win7 installation CD. The specific steps are as follows: first start the computer
with the Win7 installation CD. After the CD is booted, press Shift+F10 to bring up the command prompt window and enter the DOS command “bootrec /fixmbr”; As shown in Figure 1), then press the Enter key and follow the prompts to complete the rewrite operation of the hard disk master boot record.

Fault 2: Oxc000000e failure

Fault performance: The system cannot log in to the system normally when booting, but directly pops up the Oxc000000e fault prompt shown in Figure 2.

Cause analysis: Due to the installation or uninstallation of some special software, it will cause very serious damage to Win7 bootloader, so Win7 will have Oxc000000e error when booting. Causes the system to fail to boot properly. In this case, pressing the F8 shortcut will not bring up the Win7 advanced boot menu, and of course it will not be able to perform the repair operation in safe mode.

Solution: The following five DOS commands are executed in sequence at the cursor position of the window shown in Figure 1. (Figure 3, C drive is the system disk installed by Win7, the same below ):

Tips: If you don't have a Win7 installation CD, you can enter the WinPE environment to execute the above five DOS commands.

Fault 3: BOOTMGR is missing error when booting

Fault performance: Whenever you turn it on, the error message shown in Figure 4 will appear, and you will not be able to log in to the system normally. . The error message, translated into Chinese is Bootmgr lost, press Ctrl+Alt+Del to restart.

Cause analysis: The cause of this startup failure, or because the Bootmgr file is indeed lost, this is the most common; another possibility is due to a disk error.

Workaround: If the Bootmgr file is missing, you can use the method of rebuilding the Win7 boot file to solve the problem. The operation steps are as follows: The following two DOS commands are sequentially executed at the cursor position of the window shown in FIG. 1:

Then restart the system, you can see the familiar boot menu of Win7, and then select the first Win7 menu option, after some initialization, we can use Win7 system normally.

If you still can't solve the problem after the above steps, then the fault is probably caused by the disk error. At this time, you can try to run the chkdsk /f command in the WinPE environment, and the fault can be obtained. Very well solved.

Fault 4: BOOTMGR is compressed error when booting

Fault performance: This fault is similar to "BOOTMGR is missing", it is also the same as booting can not log in to the system and only appears "BOOTMGR Is compressed” error prompt (Figure 5).

Cause analysis: The cause of this failure is caused by the compression of the system disk.

Workaround: Start the system with WinPE, run its own command prompt tool and execute the following DOS commands in order:
