Diskgenius how to rebuild the partition table

system partition table damage can not enter the system, how to do it, of course, you can solve this problem by restoring the system, but the relevant useful data on the system disk is definitely no longer Existence, this is a little bit worthwhile, is there any other better way, we can rebuild the partition and then search for the files we want to save.

“Rebuild partition table” function is based on the original DOS version Rewritten and enhanced features. It can recover these partitions and other data from the boot sector of the lost or deleted partition and re-establish the partition table. In the case of a partition loss, whether the partition is lost due to accidental deletion or the partition caused by the virus is lost, you can try to recover by this function.

The location information of the partition is saved in the hard disk partition table. When the partition software deletes a partition, the location information of the partition is deleted from the partition table, and any data in the partition is not deleted. By searching the hard disk sector, the software finds the boot sector of the lost partition, and determines the type and size of the partition by the information in the boot sector and other sectors, thereby achieving the purpose of restoring the partition.

This function is intuitive, flexible, and comprehensive in search. You can also copy the files in the searched partition without saving the partition table, and even restore the deleted files. The searched partition is displayed immediately during the search process, and the files in the partition can be instantly browsed to determine whether the searched partition is correct.

To recover the partition, first select the hard disk where you want to recover the partition. The method of selecting a hard disk is:

1. Click on the hard disk entry in the left side <; partition, directory hierarchy", or any partition entry in the hard disk. 2, click on the upper part of the interface "hard disk partition structure diagram", the small arrow on the left side switches the hard disk.

If you only need to search for free areas, click on the free area you want to search on the “hard disk partition structure”.

After selecting the hard disk, click on the "Tools - Search for Lost Partitions (Rebuild Partition Table)" menu item, or select "Delete Lost Partitions (Rebuild Partition Table)" in the right-click menu. The program pops up "Search Partition" dialog box:

The selectable search range is:
1, the entire hard disk: ignore the existing partition, search the entire hard disk from beginning to end. 2. Currently selected area: Keep the existing partition and search for the partition only in the currently selected free area. 3. All unpartitioned areas: Keep existing partitions and search for lost partitions in all free areas in turn.
In addition, if you can be sure that the partitions to be restored are all cylinder-aligned, you can tick the “Search by cylinder” (partition by cylinder) ” option. This can improve the search speed. In general, XP and previous systems are cylindrically aligned during partitioning, and Vista and later systems are no longer aligned by cylinder.
Once you've set your search options, click the "Start Search” button. The program starts the search process.
After searching for a partition, the software immediately displays the partition just searched in the interface, and the following prompt message pops up:

At this time, if there is a file in the searched file, the program will automatically Switch to the file browsing window and display a list of files within the partition. The user can judge whether the partition searched by the program is correct. You can not turn off the prompt to search for a partition. You can view the files in the partition you just searched in the main interface. If the file is judged to be incorrect by file, click the “Ignore” button in the prompt dialog. If the partition is correct, click the “Reserve” button to retain the searched partition. After clicking on the reservation, the program will not save the partition table immediately (do not write the hard disk). Continue searching for other partitions until the search ends. Sometimes there will be an option in the dialog box that is a primary partition & rdquo; or & ldquo; this is a logical partition & rdquo;. If DiskGenius displays an incorrect primary partition or logical partition type, you can do this by checking this option.
After the search is completed, the program will pop up the following prompt:

After the search is completed, you can use the software to access the files in the partition, such as copying files, without saving the partition table. Even recover deleted files within the partition. However, only after the partition table is saved can the searched partition be recognized and accessed by the operating system
.
If you want to discard all search results, click the "Hard Disk - Reload Current Hard Disk" menu item.
