Win10 Creator Update 15002: OOBE can't create local account

January 11th Messages Users who have tried to install the Win10 Creator Update 15002 Preview may find that local accounts cannot be created in the OOBE interface as before. From the point of view, this seems to be a bug, but Microsoft's true intentions are still difficult to determine.

The way to create a local account on the OOBE interface is to click on the above interface to skip this step, avoid logging in with the Microsoft account, and then give the local account registration interface. However, the version clicks back and then goes back to the previous step, select the account type, as shown below ——

Click again “I own it”will return to Microsoft when creating a personal account Account input interface, click again to skip or return to the above picture, which is obviously an infinite loop. So it seems that it is currently not possible to create a local account in OOBE.

If you want to create a local account, you can go to the Settings & Rarr; Account page after login. I don't know how Microsoft can solve the above problems in subsequent versions.
