Windows10 new version upgrade lockout: involving slow and fast two external Build channels

  

Microsoft last pushed the system update for PC Insider members on November 18th. It has been three weeks since then, and the version number is still at 14971.

Microsoft announced last weekend that they will suspend the PC Insider preview, which involves slow and fast two external Build channels.
