Win10 always shows what is being locked. Always circle in the interface

First set up power management to eliminate problems caused by sleep standby, click on all settings in the menu at the bottom right corner of the taskbar.
Select System - Power.
Click to enter power and sleep settings.
Cancel the sleep function of the power supply, if it still appears to be locked. Then continue to exclude.
Set the tablet mode in the settings and choose to use the desktop mode.
Enter the system settings interface, click System Protection.
Confirm that the protection settings in the system protection are all off. If there is a better way, don't hesitate to ask.
