Simple 3 strokes Make win10 resource management more convenient and concise

Can you use the Windows 10 file and software management? If you forgot where the last file was placed, how can you quickly locate it? If you are advocating simplicity, I hope that the resource manager environment will discard more and more miscellaneous components that affect reading, and what cleaning measures can be taken to improve the appreciation of documents or pictures? Accessing system tools is too cumbersome, can you come up with a more convenient way …… Windows 10 resource management has a lot of regrets that we need to make up for it, so that it can be more "hard". The following small series for everyone to share a simple 3 strokes can make win10 resource management more convenient and concise, let's take a look!

1. Reject the forgotten file location and come back soon

Sometimes, we will forget about the operation of the file in the resource manager, and then operate it after some time, not only forget to put the file Where is the worse, even the name of the file has been forgotten. So how can we find out?

Although Windows 10's quick access can help, the use of this place "snap" will be emptied, hidden or automatically replaced, and not reliable enough. With the Windows Explorer Tracker software for file operation track query, you can find where the files you have worked on are placed.

After running Windows Explorer Tracker, just minimize it, it will retreat to the system tray, silently monitor the operation of any file, and record all changes to the file in the log file of the day. Medium (including internal changes will also be reflected in attribute changes). The file trace of the day can be viewed in the management window by clicking the Today option. After selecting a file record, click the Detail View button to view details about the file, including the path, action, etc. (Figure 1).

Because the file's operational records are primarily indexed by date and time, it is necessary to customize a set of datetime formats that are appropriate for you. Click the Options button on the toolbar to enter the custom window, and you can choose to set the date and time format that suits your habits (Figure 2).

Tip:

The daily file operation record is actually recorded in a log file in the background. This file is saved in the software installation folder <TSSI\\WET\\ Logs\\<year and month number>” under <day>.log” file (Figure 3). Even if you don't enter the software interface, you can view all the < traces of file operations by opening this file with Notepad.

2. Resource Management As long as the light manager

uses the resource manager to view the image, we always prefer to free up the largest area of use on the limited screen. And discard the information display of those "noisy". Let's make a small transformation to the resource manager and we can do it.

First start with the interface of the resource manager. The function panel in the resource manager is for people who are not familiar with the operation, and the familiar person can complete various operations through the shortcut keys. Therefore, when you are familiar with the operation, the function panel may become "tired". At this time, just press Ctrl+F1 to close the function panel and make a large space.

The other available space is the navigation bar on the left. When the folder is opened, the navigation bar can be temporarily closed. Through the navigation pane menu under the “View” menu, you can free up three kinds of space: one is the left space occupied by the navigation bar itself, and if the left space must be opened, you can free up the space occupied by the folder or “ld”; Library & rdquo; occupied display space (Figure 4).

And through the deep "folder options" settings, you can further explore, from the Explorer window, "squeeze" more space. First, in the "General" option, the two trace options in the "Privacy" option are removed, allowing the most recently used document items to no longer be automatically recorded, thus moving out more display space. Further, you can also use “this computer” instead of the "quick access" display space, let the resource manager open and free up all the head space for the file display (Figure 5).

Small Tips:

There are many elements in the Explorer that can be hidden by the “Folder Options“window“View” “Advanced Settings”Settings in the list. In addition to the above navigation pane can be set from here, whether to always display the menu, whether to vacate the status bar space, or whether to display the preview control in the preview pane, etc., can be set here (Figure 6).

3. Tool menu resident system tray next to the

registry, command prompt, group policy editor, system configuration and other system tools are often used, however these tools It is hidden deep in the system and needs some commands to be called quickly. To do this, we can make a system tool selection menu next to the system tray for easy recall.

Create a “Command Prompt.BAT”“Registry.BAT”“System Configuration.BAT”“Group Policy Editor.BAT”“Drawing.BAT” File (note that the extension cannot be TXT). Enter the corresponding one-line command in these files (Figure 7):

Command Prompt: cmd

Registry: regedit

System Configuration: msconfig< Br>

Group Policy Editor: gpedit.msc

Picture: mspaint

Create a “system tool” folder on the desktop and move these files to it . Finally, right-click on the blank space of the taskbar and select “Toolbar → New Toolbar”, select the “System Tools” folder on the desktop. You will then see a custom system tool pop-up menu appearing on the left side of the system tray.
The above is to make win10 resource management more convenient and simple method introduction, how, is it cool, friends in need quickly set up!
