First click the Start button and find the Control Panel

Click on the Control Panel to bring up a dialog box and click on the position indicated by the arrow below

After clicking, a new dialog box will pop up, as shown in the figure below, click on the arrow Pointer options

Then go to the page pointed to in the figure below, move the pointer pointed by the arrow below, you can change the speed of mouse movement
