In Win10, the default is to not allow the user to set the local connection to the flow rate network, but we can modify the registry to achieve. After setting the local connection to the metering network, Windows Update will not automatically download, which is more useful for friends who don't like Win10 auto-update. Set the local connection to the network method according to the flow rate:

1, press Win+R to open the run, enter regedit and press Enter to open the registry editor;

2, expand the following location: HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\\SOFTWARE\\Microsoft\\Windows NT\\CurrentVersion\\NetworkList\\ DefaultMediaCost
