Microsoft reminds: Do not use CCleaner registry cleaning software in Win10

In order to keep your computer running smoothly, many people choose to clean up unnecessary temporary files with software like CCleaner. However, for Microsoft, CCleaner is not an impressive application, and advise users to avoid using it. According to The Windows Club, Microsoft Chief Software Development Engineer Gov Maharaj performed troubleshooting during Channel 9's live video, and CCleaner was installed on the computer in question.

Software Name:
CCleaner (Junk File Removal) v5.21 Green Pure Edition
Software Size:
3.86MB
updated:
2016-08-17

of course, Gov Maharaj reaction is worth pondering: & ldquo; CCleaner bit & hellip ;… How can I say euphemism? …… Don't use it? …… forget us or continue ……”.

As a system cleaning software that thousands of people admire, CCleaner originally helped computers stay in top shape. However, Microsoft no longer recommends using Registry Cleaner or similar applications in Windows 10, as they are likely to affect system performance: Some products, such as the Registry Cleanup Tool, recommend routine maintenance or cleanup of the registry. However, when you make changes to the registry, it is easy to encounter serious problems.

If the system is unstable, you may have to reinstall it. Microsoft cannot guarantee that these problems can be solved by other means.

Despite this, we can still foresee that thousands of people will definitely continue to use cleaning software such as CCleaner.
