September 18th news, Microsoft today announced the Silverlight migration Win10 universal application tool launched by Mobilize.NET. This will help Windows Phone Silverlight app developers easily convert their WP Silverlight 8.x applications to Win10 UWP apps.
Once developers convert Silverlight applications to Windows 10 UWP, their applications will run on PCs, smartphones, Xbox, HoloLens, and even Raspberry Pi development boards.
Moblize.NET migration tool will be directly integrated into Visual Studio, support the most commonly used 700 APIs mapping, and convert your manifests, APIs, XAML, NuGet package references and async/await change. More APIs and mappings will be added in future updates.
