Add "Run as other user" menu for applications in the Start menu in Windows 10

Recently switched to Windows 10, to decrypt the RMS-encrypted document with other identities, so I want to run the office under other identities, but even if I hold down the Shift key, I can't see it “Run as another user&rdquo ;Menu Item. I had to run cmd first in a compromise and then execute the runas command. I later found the Internet and found that there is such a setting in Group Policy. It seems that it should be set to the overall configuration of the whole domain, which will be more convenient for users.
