Win10 Thunder can not download and open, the card is dead, no response, what should I do?

win10 official version has nothing to say, really good, but recently encountered a very difficult problem, open the Thunder program to download the file, and the time will be stuck and no response. Repeating the Thunder process and opening it again, still does not help. Later, after careful investigation and repeated trials, I finally solved the problem. Now I will share it with you and hope to help everyone.

1. When the Thunder is stuck and unresponsive, right click on the desktop taskbar and select the “Task Manager” item from the pop-up context menu.

2, from the opened "Task Manager" interface, switch to the "Processes" tab, from which you can find "Thunder 7" in "No response" status At the same time, the "7-zip Console" process is very CPU intensive.

3. Use the “360 Acceleration Ball” to view the current system running program and find that the process named “7z.exe” occupies a very high CPU, as shown in the figure:

4. Next, in the “Task Manager” interface, right-click on the “7-zip Console” process and select “Open the location of the file” from its right-click menu.

5. After opening the folder, right click on the “7z.exe” file and select the “Properties” item from the pop-up menu to open the file properties window.

6. From the "<7z.exe Properties" window that opens, switch to the "Compatibility" tab, check "Run this program in compatibility mode", and Select the "Windows 8” item, and check the “run as administrator" item, click “OK" to complete the setup.

7, then return to the "Task Manager" interface, select the unresponsive Thunder process, click the “ end process & rdquo; button to end the current Thunder program.

8. When we open the Thunder program again, we will find that the Thunder program can run normally, and the symptoms of stuck and unresponsive are completely solved.
