What should I do if Win8 always prompts the built-in administrator to disable the application when running the program?

When Win8 always runs the program, the built-in administrator can't activate the application. What should I do? The Win8 system uses the "Windows Photo Viewer" to open the image and find that the image cannot be opened. The pop-up prompt "The built-in administrator can't activate this application", open the image encountered "Unable to activate the application", what should I do? Here are two solutions.

Method 1:

1, use Win+R key to call up the running dialog box under Win8 system, then enter gpedit.msc command on the running window to open the local group policy editor;

2. On the Win8 System Local Group Policy Editor, expand “Windows Settings”-“Security Settings”-“Local Policies”-“Security Options”;

3, then found in the right pane "User Account Control: Administrator Approval Mode for Built-in Administrator Accounts";

4. Finally, set the local security settings to “Started”, then click the OK and Apply button to save.

Method 2:

1. Right click on the small icon at the bottom left of the desktop and select Run - enter gpedit.msc.

2, re-open the window and select "windows settings", then select "Security Settings" on the right side and double-click it to open; select "ldquo; Local Policy".

3, double-click "Local Policies" - select "Security Options" and find "User Account Control: Administrator Approval Mode for Built-in Administrator Account" ” - Double-click to enable (the demo computer is enabled), then restart your computer.

Note: It must be restarted after setting to take effect. We only need to set user account control through local group policy, which can solve the problem of win8 system "built-in administrator can not activate this application". Simple and practical operation solution.
