How does Win10 officially customize the window title bar height and scroll bar width?

• Expand HKEY_CURRENT_USER\\Control Panel\\Desktop\\WindowMetrics;

The scroll key width corresponds to the registry key value of ScrollWidth, which is calculated in the same way as CaptionHeight.
