How does the win7 system backup identify the D/E/F disk as a system disk backup?

After we installed the system, we liked to back up, mainly because if the system is faulty or damaged, we can restore the system to a very large extent, but in general, when we back up, most people like to back up directly. The system disk, which is the c drive, but in case we install the program on other d/e/f disks? Backing up a disk is a waste of space. In fact, we can also use win7 backup to identify other disks as system disks. Below I share a method that is personally available. The process is very detailed, and friends who need it can refer to it.

1, first of all, the system does not recognize other disks as system disks. In fact, we only need to hide this disk first, then display the disk after backup, it will not be fine. ~ Very very very simple. The specific steps are as follows

2, first open the menu → control panel, find this [management tool], click on it. Then, double click, [Computer Management] this icon

3, enter the computer management interface, I found [Disk Management], under the drive letter recognized by Windows7 as the system disk [ Right click] → [Change the driver number and path]

4, you need to remember the code of your disk, whether it is D disk or E disk. In order to wait for the display. After remembering, we can click [Delete]. You don't have to worry, the deletion here just deletes the disk code of this disk~ it will not affect the contents of the disk.

5, after the completion is like this ~ This disk has been hidden by us~

6, then open the backup tool to see, yes It’s not that the E-disk doesn’t appear in it. Next, you can have a good backup. The following steps are to teach you to re-display this disk back

7, the same is to open the computer management, [right-click] the partition we just hidden, select [change the driver number and path 】,

8, after selecting this interface, select [Add], select the drive letter that we remembered before, and then click [OK]

9 OK, all the steps are completed, and our disk is back again.

Second, how to restore backup?

1, open the control panel (large icon display), find and open “ backup and restore &

2. After the backup is complete, you can view the information of the backup file, if If there is a setup failure or file loss, you can click “&Requo; restore my file” to perform the original step by step.
