Win8 insert U disk does not reflect the two solutions of the USB interface failure

Because of Microsoft's bug, if the USB interface fails after the user makes a U disk mass production or starts Hyper-V, how can this be handled?

Method 1:

1, click “This computer”, right click, select “Manage”

2, click “ Manager, we can see that under the "Universal Serial Bus Controller", there is a yellow exclamation point on the device icon, which is the USB interface that is malfunctioning.

3, right click, click “properties & rdquo;.

4. The reason why the failure can be seen is that the device cannot be started and the requested operation is unsuccessful.

5. Click on the "driver" above"""update driver".

6. Select automatic search.

7, waiting for the update to complete.

8, close.

9, Back to <;Device Manager" (Note, don't just click on the "Properties" page, select the problem device, right click, click "Uninstall". (Note: Yes "Uninstall & rdquo; Not “Disable", be careful!)

10, OK uninstall.

11. Select the device without problems and click Uninstall. (Note: Before uninstalling, please ensure that there is no problem.) The USB interface is "plugged in" with the device, mouse, and USB flash drive; ensure that there is a problem with the USB interface "not inserted" & any device )

12. After uninstalling, the system will automatically refresh and reinstall because there is no problem with the USB interface. If there is no automatic refresh, restart the computer.

13, so two interfaces can be used.

Method 2:

1, sometimes 2 interfaces have problems.

2. In accordance with the steps 1~9 of Method1”, both are uninstalled.

3. Unplug all the devices plugged into the USB port. Restart the computer.

4. After restarting, if the device is installed normally, there will be no problem. If only one device is installed properly, follow the “Method 1” action.

If the devices are not installed properly, repeat “Method 2” Restart again.

Notes

Note that this method is mainly suitable for laptops.
