Win10 built-in feedback application: the start menu is complex, the program list needs to be optimized

The Win10 Start Menu is one of the new system's "Signboard" features that take advantage of the Win7 Start Menu and Win8.1 Tile Elements and merge into a new menu. After several versions of the evolution, the current start menu has made great strides in function and appearance. However, many users still think that the start menu is not perfect.

In the Windows 10 built-in "Feedback" application, the start menu "complex, lengthy, and unclassified program classification" is a problem that users in the US have reflected. They think that the existing Win10 start menu design is more complicated, it is not convenient to use, and the classification of “all programs” is rather messy. Windows applications and traditional Win32 applications are not distinguished, and it is more troublesome to find.

But in the Win10 Start menu, the new usage makes this feature easy. For example, use the Cortana search bar for application search, and fix common applications to the start menu by means of magnetic stickers. However, these methods are still relatively new to Win10 novice users, so the optimization design of the start menu itself is still crucial.

The official version of Win10 is now released. Even if Microsoft accepts these feedbacks from users, if you want to implement specific improvements, I am afraid it will wait until the update after Win10 RTM. However, because Win10 has such a constantly updated design, the user's new opinions and suggestions will have practical significance, but it is only a matter of implementation. For the Win10 Start Menu <;All Programs" alignment problem, does the existing alphabetical arrangement meet your requirements? Do you want to distinguish between Windows applications and traditional Win32 programs? Please give your opinion.
