According to the usual process, if you have a plan to install Windows 10, Microsoft will be ready to work —— that is, to ensure that the system can run smoothly on your device and notify you of the installation. However, if the new system is not well installed on your PC because of some incompatible applications or drivers, then Microsoft will also notify you to contact the software or hardware vendor after these issues are resolved.
