Windows 10 Insider members will receive the official version of the pop-up window from now on.

If you are a Windows Insider member running Windows 10 Desktop Preview, you will most likely see a pop-up prompt from today. Microsoft Joe Belfiore announced today on the birdie Weibo that Windows Insider members will indeed see pop-up tips from today.

Joe Belfiore said:

“嘿! Insider members, we have the first time in history, “soft landing”, the pop-up prompts are to be displayed on the PC from today... #win10#Close to completion!

Tips are generally for individuals and are service driven, aiming to skip what you already know. ...but you may see tips for known features today and in the coming weeks. Don't worry, the final version won't follow this way. Enjoy yourself!

We are very close to the release date of Windows 10 on July 29, Microsoft is finalizing the operating system, we will see a brand new operating system.
