Win10, win8, win7 you do not know the system startup secret

The current PC is in a state of mixed use of Win7, Win8, and Win10 systems. These three systems are also the most widely used PC systems. Everyone knows that in the past three generations of systems, Microsoft's previous systems have been greatly improved in terms of interface and humanization, but many of them have not noticed that these three systems still have a lot of secrets in terms of startup. Today The small bar will come to reveal the secrets for everyone, let everyone know the story behind these three systems.

1. The three major systems fully support the new UEFI BIOS, which is faster and easier to use.

With the development of the times, the traditional BIOS can no longer meet the needs of powerful boards. The traditional BIOS successor UEFI BIOS, driven by many major manufacturers such as Intel, Microsoft, AMD, etc., has now become a prominent selling point of the motherboard in the market. And Win7, Win8, Win10 three generation systems have also fully supported UEFI BIOS, then what is the UEFI BIOS?

UEFI, the full name of Unified Extensible Firmware Interface, which is a unified and extensible firmware interface, is a standard that describes the new type of interface and is standard firmware for computers. Interface designed to replace the traditional MBR BIOS (Basic Input/Output System).

We all know that in the past, every ordinary computer will have an MBR BIOS, which is used to load the most basic code of the computer, and is responsible for initializing hardware, detecting hardware functions and guiding the operating system. The UEFI BIOS is a concept opposite to the MBR BIOS. This interface is used to automatically load the operating system from a pre-booted operating environment to an operating system, thus achieving the goal of saving time and simplifying the startup process.

Simply, UEFI BIOS has the following advantages

1) Protects against bootkit attacks by protecting pre-boot or pre-boot processes for increased security.

2) Reduced startup time and recovery time from hibernation.

3) Supports drives with a capacity of more than 2.2 TB.

4) Supports 64-bit modern firmware device drivers that can be used by the system to address more than 17.2 billion GB of memory during boot.

5) UEFI hardware can be used in conjunction with the BIOS.

2.Win8 reloading Win7 system, you need to change UEFI BIOS

Many used Win8 system, reinstalled Win7 system, and found that after reinstalling win7 successfully, use various It is difficult to activate the tool.

In fact, because of Bios"Startup", the "UEFI Only" in "UEFI/Legacy Boot" was changed to "Both". If the activation is unsuccessful, you only need to re-enter Bios-Startup and change “<quo; Both” in “UEFI/Legacy Boot” to “UEFI Only”.

3. Win8 Quick Boot Settings under UEFI BIOS

In terms of platform startup, Microsoft Windows 8 system has added UEFI BIOS boot, which greatly simplifies the check-up steps before booting, thus speeding up the boot process. Of course, this requires the support of the UEFI BIOS board. However, it seems that many friends still don't know how to set up the fast boot of Win8 system. The following small bar will be for everyone.

The first step you can try to enter the power option by right clicking on the power icon in the lower right corner of the computer: Power icon:

Right-click on the power icon in the pop-up bar Select the power option, then enter the figure (the power icon is limited to the notebook, the desktop should follow the bold text in the figure):

The second step is to enter the option of the red figure on the picture above. Then enter a new interface to scroll the mouse to the bottom and find the interface as shown:

At this point you will find that the option to enable quick start is selected and obviously cannot be changed ( As mentioned before, this is the default option for win8. But if you boot really slow, it means that it is not really enabled. There are many reasons. Here we use a series of operations, no matter what the reason is!). The third step is to scroll the mouse to the top of the interface, see the options as shown in the figure and click on it!

After completing this step, scroll to the bottom of the screen. Then remove the checkmark "Enable Quick Start" and save, then restart your computer to make sure the current settings are saved! The fourth step is also the most important step. At this time, you only need to repeat the first three steps before you, and then check this option to enable Quick Start & Save! Then restart. Here I push to change the power button, sleep button and lid settings in the power option to the picture style, and then you can safely shut down by directly pressing the power button!

ok, after opening this function, your Win8 system can be started at a very fast speed. Try it out and the miracle will appear soon.
