Before, WZor has said that the official version of Windows 10 RTM will be signed (Sign-OFF) on July 22 and will begin beta testing.

The so-called, Sign-OFF, that is, when a build version can be used as the official version of RTM, Microsoft puts it into the intranet "Sign-OFF" candidate folder for each group to test, if Without a major bug, it will be designated as the Sign-OFF version. Then wait for the Microsoft executive to approve, this version is determined to be the official version of RTM.
