WinXP enables the convenience tool NetMeeting method

  

NetMeeting, is a tool provided by WinXP system that allows you to participate in online meetings or discussions and work in shared programs. Data can also be shared and transmitted during meetings, and communicated with others through audio, video, chat (text), and whiteboards. How to use such a convenient tool?

The method is as follows:

Enable NetMeeting

By default, NetMeeting cannot be enabled from the program menu, you can use the command line. The way to start.

Click “Start”, select the "Run” command, type “conf“ in the dialog box and confirm that you can start the NetMeeting Configuration Wizard and follow the wizard prompts.

After using the NetMeeting

wizard, you can use NetMeeting. Enter the IP address or computer name of the other party's computer in the address bar, click the call button, and the other party can start communication after accepting the call.


Hosting a conference

In NetMeeting Click the “Call” menu and select the “Host Meeting” command to set up the meeting in the following dialog.

Users who need to have a remote meeting can take advantage of this tool and save time in downloading and installing third-party conferencing software. However, if you don't like this tool and want to delete it, it's okay, it doesn't matter.
