Windows desktop shortcut icons all become the same icon solution

Today's guest, it is said that all the programs of the computer are turned into Adobe Reader. Opened and looked at it, I just started thinking that the EXE file association has been modified. I got it with the registry repair tool and restarted the computer. Still the same. Look carefully, it turns out that the shortcut is a PDF icon. You can still find the EXE file of the original program. If you know the principle, you can do it. Go directly to the registry to modify the shortcut file. lnk.

In the open registry editor, navigate to the HKEY_CURRENT_USER\\\\SOFTWARE\\\\MICROSOFT\\\\WINDOWS\\\\currentversion\\\\Explorer\\\\FileExts\\\\.lnk path, leaving openwithlist and openwithprogids. All other items are deleted.

Open openwithlist and openwithprogids separately, keep the default items, delete all others

Restart the computer and get the job done
