1, open the group policy on the server that needs to set QOS, start-run-gpedit .msc



3, enter the policy name as “Bandwidth Control”, cancel the selection of “Specify DSCP Value”, and tick “Specify” Outbound adjustment rate, such as setting its value to 50KBps (this value can be set according to actual needs), click "Next" &
