Windows 10 system reassigns disk how to format local disk

  

When using Win10 system, when we reassign a new local disk, we need to format it, otherwise it will not be used. The following small series describes how to format a local disk under Win10.

Operation steps

1.Open my computer.

2. Select the disk to be formatted. Here is the local disk E as an example.

3. Right-click on the disk and select Format.

4. Select the file system, preferably using the NTFS format. Of course, it is the default now. Click to start.

5. Click OK in the warning window that pops up and the system will begin formatting.
