Win10 build9879 patch update: Fix resource manager frequent crashes

In a previous announcement, Microsoft confirmed that this year's Windows Insider project will not release a new version of Windows 10, but instead pushes an update patch for the latest 9879 version. Following the previous fix of BSOD and the Flash Player issue in Internet Explorer, Microsoft released a patch again to fix the bug that caused the resource manager to crash frequently. Users can download and install through Windows Update, but need to restart the computer after the installation is complete.

Recently, the foreign media exposed the Windows 10 system version with the version number 9888, and added several functions, but it will not be released until the consumer preview version is released in January next year.
