The solution that the built-in Metro application does not open normally after the Win8.1 system is repaired

Solution

This problem may be caused by the unrecoverable damage to the \\ProgramFiles\\ folder of the system disk. It is recommended to try to change the account. If not, you can only do the system first. Back up, then do a system recovery or reinstall the system.

If you can't change your account, try the following:

Control Panel → User Account & Rarr; User Account & Rarr; Change User Account Control Settings & Rarr; Only When App Try to Change My Computer Remind me (default) → Confirm

or try the following:

Enter "“ edit local users and groups in the search ‘ →user→ right click in the middle window&ldquo ;Administrator” item, click on the boldface "Properties" button to ensure that the "Accounts are disabled" under the "General" tab is checked in → OK
