First, the reason for the external speakers If you are using an external speaker, please make sure that the speaker is connected to the working power and is turned on, and make sure the volume is not 0, make sure the speaker is properly connected to the computer. 2. Check the computer jack on the speaker, making sure that the two ends of the computer cable are plugged into the correct jacks on the speakers and the computer (connecting the jacks of the sound card). Most sound cards have at least three jacks. Plug the speaker cable into the line out jack. This jack usually has a symbol that shows an arrow pointing away from the jack.
