Win7 system to create virtual private network VPN connection graphic tutorial

It is customary to use Windows' own VPN connection. It is a good practice to put shortcuts on the desktop for convenience. (Vista and above do not have the option of creating desktop shortcuts when setting up VPN connection. You can do this in <quo;Network and Sharing Center & rdquo; & mdash; & mdash; & ldquo; change adapter settings & rdquo; right click to create). If you set up multiple VPN connections, it may sometimes feel too crowded on the desktop. Here is a way to help you solve this problem.

1. Create a new TXT text file on the desktop, and rename it to “VPN connection.pbk”, and note that the file suffix should also be changed.

2, double-click this file, the prompt is "The phone book is empty, do you want to add items?" ”, click OK to add.

3. Click on the “Workspace Network” in the pop-up window to connect to the office network via the Internet using a virtual private network (VPN) connection.

4. Fill in the VPN line (provided by the service provider) and the VPN name (optional). Here is the same as setting up the VPN connection in peacetime.

5. Enter the VPN username and password and click Create. Here you can choose to remember your password.

6. If so, click the “New” button to create multiple VPN connections. After the completion of the effect is as follows, click on the drop-down menu to select the line, click on the connection, it is equivalent to a VPN connection software.
