Hosts file blocking caused some websites to be inaccessible

Q: My system is Windows XP, I don't know why accessing a certain website is not accessible, others can. I turned off the firewall, the anti-virus software was closed, and even changed to 3 browsers, Maxthon, IE (7,8), Tencent TT ... can still not access, but other people's computers can be easily accessed. How is this going, how to solve it?

A: Since others can go in, and you can't go in, anti-virus software and firewalls are not helpful, it is obvious that the hosts file blocked this website.
Open the C: windowssystem32driversetchosts file to see, you can use Notepad to open, note that this file does not have any suffix name, is there a website that you want to see but can not enter? Delete that line and reopen the browser to access it.
Hosts were originally used to facilitate LAN users and speed up domain name resolution, but it can be used to block the hanging horse website. It is estimated that some security tool you use accidentally writes the URL you want to access to the hosts file. Caused the site to be blocked.
