Win10 version of the "Fenice twitter" client pushes larger updates, improved user interface and features

The popular app "Fenice twitter" client has been pushing updates in the Win 10 store.

This update is a general-purpose Windows application that improves the user interface for both the desktop and mobile versions, and also improves Continuum support. The following is the update log:
