China operating system market report: Win8 is still not pleased

Computer store news: Recently, Chinese Internet users operating system report (including desktop and mobile) has also been released.

From the overall data, Microsoft Windows operating system still dominates in China, with a market share of 80.96% and a utilization rate of 86.82%. However, the share and usage of each version within Windows is different from the global trend. From a global perspective, Win7 still occupies half of the desktop, and XP's share continues to decline, which is less than a quarter of the entire market. In contrast to the domestic market, although Windows XP has a significant downward trend in share, it still accounts for 47.05% of the market share, followed by Windows7, with a share of 30.06%, a slight increase from the previous period.

And Microsoft's new desktop operating system Windows8 and Windows 8.1 still seem to be not optimistic about Chinese netizens, the total share of the two is 2.93%, the share is only 2.15% and 0.78%, respectively. Among them, Win8 is the only operating system in the top row that uses less than the occupancy rate. Overall, the share of Win8 and Win8.1 is less than one-tenth of Win7. Apple's desktop operating system, Mac OS X, is still tepid, accounting for 0.19% of the market.

The mobile side is still the world of Android. In July, the Android operating system market share continued to grow steadily, with a share of 18.12%, while the biggest rival Apple iOS share change was not obvious, the share was 0.56%, but the latter's usage rate is much better than the former.
