OEM has opened WP8.1 GDR1, the first batch of new machines will see in September

Computer Store News: Today, Microsoft opened WP8.1 GDR1 technical documentation to OEMs to accelerate the development of Windows Phone. According to the latest news from foreign Poweruser, Microsoft has distributed WP8.1 GDR1 RTM to the corresponding OEMs last week, and the first batch of new machines will debut in September.

At the moment, we still don't know when Microsoft will push WP8.1 GDR1 RTM, but WP developers can upgrade to the WP8.1 GDR1 preview in August through the "Developer Preview Project".

The first batch of new devices with Windows Phone 8.1 GDR1 will be available between the end of August and early September, including several new Lumia devices.
