Microsoft: Win8/WP8.1 application downloads the latest data in April

Computer store news: Microsoft released the latest data of Windows8 and Windows Phone application downloads in April this week.

Microsoft said in the blog that the US is still the largest market for Win8 and WP platform applications, but the Win8 US market is larger than WP. In April, 31% of Windows Store apps came from the US. However, the proportion of downloads to the US by the WP store has shrunk to 12%, followed by China with 10%, and India and Vietnam with 9% and 8% respectively.

In the Windows Store and WP Store, the most downloaded game apps are available; however, in the Windows Store, the most popular apps are social apps, the total number of which is the second photo app. Times; WP store, the single most downloaded app is the game application.

Microsoft has been working hard to attract more developers to develop applications for the Win8 and WP platforms, and now adds Win8 and WP8.1 general-purpose applications.
