Microsoft ignores 900 million losses

Computer store news: Microsoft launched the Surface RT tablet in October last year. The tablet sold poorly, causing Microsoft to write down $900 million. Many OEMs have indicated that they are not optimistic about Win RT devices, but it seems that Microsoft is ignoring the loss of 900 million, and continues to build Surface RT 2.

According to foreign media Neowin, sources said that Microsoft is still building a second-generation Surface RT tablet, which looks very similar to the existing Surface RT tablet.

It is reported that Microsoft's Surface RT 2 tablet will be equipped with Qualcomm Snapdragon 800 processor running Windows 8.1 RT operating system.

In addition to Microsoft, Nokia will also launch the Windows RT tablet codenamed "Sirius".
